Purity Terms of Use

Welcome to Purity. We provide Islamic products to you when you visit or shop at purity.

By using Purity, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully.

By subscribing to or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agree to be bound by the Terms, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services.

In these Terms, references to "you", "User" shall mean the user end, "Service Providers" mean independent third-party service providers, and "we", "us" and "our" shall mean   its franchisor, affiliates and partners.


The App name Purity is owned by "Babe Morshed Dewanbagsharif" at Ashugonj, Brahmanbaria. You certify that you understand the Terms of Use by using this App. You must not use these Mobile Apps if you do not agree to these Terms. Parts of these Terms may be changed, modified, added, or removed at any time by Purity Apps. Without any additional notification, changes become effective when they are posted on the Apps. For updates, kindly review these Terms of Use frequently. Following the publishing of modifications to these Terms of Use, your continuing use of the Apps will be deemed your acceptance of those modifications.

User Account, Password, and Security

Following successful completion of the Apps registration process, you will be given a password and account designation. You are in charge of protecting the privacy of your account, its password, and all requests and transactions made or received using your password or account. As part of your agreement, you promise to (a) alert Purity right away of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other security breach and (b) make sure to log out of your account at the conclusion of each session. Purity is not responsible for any loss or damage you may incur as a result of not adhering to the T&C.


Purity Apps offers a variety of Internet-based services (all such services, collectively, the "Service"). Users of one such portal can buy Islamic books from multiple publishers. (All together, "Products") Through the Apps, customers can buy the Products using one of the many accepted payment methods. Purity will ship the item to you after you place an order, and you will be responsible for paying for it.


By signing this agreement, the User declares that he has read and completely comprehends Purity's privacy policy. The user also agrees that he is comfortable with the terms and information in the privacy policy.

Limited User

The User acknowledges and agrees that they will not reverse engineer, modify, duplicate, distribute, transmit, perform, display, reproduce, publish, license, make derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software they have got through the Apps. Purity's name must be cited as the source and prior written consent must be obtained in order to reproduce or replicate any of the Apps' material. For the avoidance of dispute, it is made clear that unauthorized alteration of the data and information contained in the Purity Apps' content, limitless or wholesale reproduction of the content for commercial or non-commercial reasons, and copying of the content are all prohibited.

User Conduct and Rules

You commit to using the Apps and the Service only to publish and upload appropriate messages and materials. For illustration only, and not as a limitation, you agree and promise that the following will not apply to you when using a Service:

·         Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others

·         Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information

·         Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents; you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents

·         Upload or distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Purity or another's computer

·         Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters

·         Download any file posted by another user of a Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner

·         Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded

·         Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may be applicable for or to any particular Service

·         Violate any applicable laws or regulations for the time being in force in or outside Bangladesh

·         Violate abuse, unethically manipulate or exploit any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any other terms and conditions for the use of the Purity contained elsewhere.

Product Description

Purity makes every effort to be accurate. Purity, however, does not guarantee that the Apps' product descriptions or other content is true, full, dependable, up-to-date, or error-free. Your only option if a Purity product isn't what it claims to be is to send it back unopened.


Order Acceptance and Pricing

Please be aware that occasionally orders cannot be processed for a number of reasons. Purity retains the right, at any moment, to refuse or cancel any order for any cause. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. Although we make every effort to offer our users with the most accurate pricing information possible, mistakes can nevertheless happen, such as when an item's price.As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your debit/credit card charged.

All prices posted on this App are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at commencement of placing the order will apply. Posted prices do includes all taxes and charges. In case there are any additional charges or taxes the same will be mentioned on the Apps.

We will deliver an order within 3-10 Days.

Trademarks and Copyrights

Purity owns all Intellectual Property Rights to and into the Apps, including, without limitation, any and all rights, title, and interest in and to copyright, related rights, patents, utility models, trademarks, trade names, service marks, designs, know-how, trade secrets, and inventions (whether patentable or not), goodwill, source code, and any other proprietary information owned by a third party and so expressly mentioned. You understand and agree that you may not use, copy, or distribute any Purity-owned content from the Apps without first getting permission from Purity.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is expressly clarified that you will retain ownership and shall solely be responsible for any content that you provide or upload when using any Service, including any text, data, information, images, photographs, music, sound, video or any other material which you may upload, transmit or store when making use of our various Service. However, with regard to the product customization Service (as against other Services like blogs and forums) you expressly agree that by uploading and posting content on to the Apps for public viewing and reproduction/use of your content by third party users, you accept the User whereby you grant a non-exclusive license for the use of the same.

Happy Return & Replacement Policy

It's a rare occurrence for Purity that customers' products were damaged. However, we may not always meet your expectations because circumstances are not always on our side. But there is now a "Bond of Trust" between customers and Purity, So, for further ensuring and encouraging this "Bond of Trust" Purity brings you the "Happy Return" policy. Customers can only return books or products if they are damaged (torn, pages missing, wrong book/product, etc.). In that case, Purity will provide you with new products in exchange. Because we believe that happiness should be returned if it cannot make you smile. As a result, we returned it with joy. We are always looking for ways to put a smile on your face and make you happy. This is what we call our "Happy Return" policy.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it as long as your item meets the following criteria:


·         It is within 03 Days from the delivery date.

·         All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.

·         Refund/ replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by Purity team.

·         Damages due to neglect, improper usage or Digital content such as e-books will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

·         Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

·         Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

·         If the item came with the free promotional items (including but not limited to gifts/ points/wallet money) the free item must also be returned/refunded.


Reasons for returns & replacement:

·         If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category below.

·         Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is "No longer needed".

·         You have to claim the return of the product within 3days. Sorry, a return isn't possible after the 3 days limit. You can reach our team for further questions 24/7under [email protected]

·         Please note that Purity is not obligated to refund the user's money what he/she paid until the product status changed to "Returned".


How to return:

Contact Purity Customer Care team by calling (****) or by emailing [email protected] within 03 days after receiving your order.

There are two ways to return/replacement the product to us. In Dhaka City, we offer a free pick-up service for your return/replacement. Other than Dhaka City, you have to send the product on your own to our office address.

Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if a return is invalid, we will replace the product with a new one or we will proceed with the refund.

Refund Policy

·         The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return.

·         Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

·         Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

·         If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order.

·         For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective.

·         If online payment is made once more due to technical error, payment refund will be made.

·         You will receive a refund anytime between 7-10 working days. If you don’t receive refund within this time, please write to us at [email protected] and we shall investigate.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order before the product has been shipped, by contacting our customer care team at 16755.

There is no money to be refunded if you chose Cash on Delivery (COD) because you haven't paid for your item.

After your order has been cancelled, you will receive a refund in your respective account for payments made with a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer. The full amount of your order will be refunded.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.


Legal Disputes

If you and Purity have a disagreement, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost-effective means of quickly resolving the disagreement. As a result, you and 'Purity' agree that any claim or controversy arising out of this Agreement or our services will be resolved in accordance with one of the subsections below or as we and you otherwise agree in writing. We strongly advise you to contact us directly first to seek a resolution before resorting to these alternatives. As an alternative to litigation, we will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures such as arbitration.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION: The laws of Bangladesh will be used to interpret and govern these Terms and Conditions. Each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, subject to the Arbitration section below.

ARBITRATION: Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be referred to and finally settled in Dhaka, Bangladesh, through private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator must be legally trained, have experience in the information technology field in Dhaka, and be independent of either party. Despite the foregoing, the Apps reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights and confidential information.

Unauthorized Charges on your card

If you see charges on your credit/debit card for Purity purchases but you never created an account or signed up, please check with family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf to ensure they did not place the order. If you are still unable to identify the charge, please report it within 60 days of the transaction so that Purity can begin an investigation.


Cancellation of Fraudulent/Loss to business Orders

We regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity in order to provide a safe and secure shopping experience. Purity reserves the right to cancel all past, pending, and future orders without liability if any suspicious activity is detected. Purity also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases such as pricing errors on Apps and stock shortages. Before accepting any order, we may also require additional verifications or information. If your order is cancelled in whole or in part, or if additional information is required to accept your order, we will contact you. If you cancel your order after your card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.


The customer may be considered fraudulent if any of the following scenarios are met:

·         Customer doesn't reply to the payment verification mail sent by Purity.

·         Customer fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification

·         Misuse of another customer's phone/email

·         Customer uses invalid email and phone no.

·         Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID/phone number used.

·         Customer returns the wrong product

·         Customer refuses to pay for an order

·         Customer is involved in the snatch and run for any order


The customer may be considered loss to business if any of the following scenarios are met:

·         Customer with a very high return rate

·         Invalid/Incomplete address cases

·         Repeated request for monetary compensation for petty issues


Account for the customers falling in fraudulent or loss to business category may be blocked.

Process for Pilferage Claim

If a customer raises a complaint for partial item/partial order through Customer Care


·         The customer is supposed to claim for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained.

·         An Email will be sent seeking/providing following information:

o   Short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)

o   The snapshots of the packet and other box (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the customer)

o   The refund for prepaid orders will be done after investigation which usually requires 3-4 business day. The process will include investigation with the concerned departments


·         The customer may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below

o   Customer fails to provide adequate information about the case

o   Customer fails to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any)

o   If an opened delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day

o   Customer must not dispose the packaging for 3-4 days post-delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.





You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Purity harmless from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Purity that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant, or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to the Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties/Limitation of Liability

Purity has made every effort to ensure that all information on the Apps is correct, but Purity makes no warranties or representations about the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any data, information, product, or Service. In no event shall Purity be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Services or Products; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of the user's transmissions or data; or (c) any other matter relating to the services; including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits.

Purity shall not be liable for any delay or inability to use the Apps or related services, or for the provision or failure to provide Services, or for any information, software, products, services, and related graphics obtained through the Apps, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Apps, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. Further, Purity shall not be held responsible for non-availability of the Apps during periodic maintenance operations or any unplanned suspension of access to the Apps that may occur due to technical reasons or for any reason beyond Purity's control. The user understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Apps is done entirely at their own discretion and risk and they will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data.


Payment, Shipping & Charges

Purity offers Cash on Delivery (COD), Debit/Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, DBBL Nexus etc.), Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, DBBL Mobile Banking) as payment method.

We will arrange for the products to be shipped to you. Shipping times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any shipment delays. Due to bad weather, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer at times. The risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the products.

If a user has previously placed an order, the wallet money cannot be used to place a new order until the previous order is delivered. That is, until the previous order is successfully delivered, the new order cannot be paid through the wallet.

In the case of post office delivery, the customer is responsible for all postal charges.

Risk of Loss

All products bought from Purity are produced in accordance with a shipment contract. This means that until the item is transferred to you, Purity will continue to bear the risk of loss. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery of the goods.

Fraud Protection Policy

Purity is aware of how crucial it is to have effective fraud detection and resolution capabilities. We regularly check transactions for suspicious activity along with our online payment partners, and we flag possibly fraudulent transactions for human review by our team.

In the most exceptional of circumstances, if our team is unable to definitely rule out the possibility of fraud, the transaction is put on hold, and the consumer is asked for identification documents. We can confirm that the purchases were made by a legitimate card holder by using the ID papers. We sincerely regret any trouble this may give our clients, and we kindly ask them to be patient as we work to create a safe and secure environment for online transactions.


If Purity determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that you have violated, misused, or unethically manipulated or exploited any term of these Terms or acted unethically in any other way, Purity reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Apps or any Service.

These Terms will remain in effect indefinitely unless and until Purity chooses to terminate them.

Purity may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Service if you or Purity terminates your use of the Apps or any Service, and Purity will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so.

You agree to pay for any Services or products you have already ordered until either party terminates the agreement. Furthermore, you are entitled to any royalty payments that have accrued or are legally deemed to have accrued to you under the User License Agreement.

Term and Policy updates

We reserve the right to change or update these terms and policies at any time by posting a prominent notice on our Apps. Such modifications will become effective as soon as they are posted on this App.
